Specific Objectives
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Identify emergency cases among children in outpatient settings.
- Evaluate the severity of a child’s emergency condition.
- Administer appropriate treatment based on the assessment results.

- Introduction,
- Recognition of the seriously ill child,
- Management of the seriously ill child,
- Basic life support and use of Bag Valve Mask(BVM),
- Foreign body removal (FBAO),
- Trauma,
- Cardiac Arrhythmia,
- Airway Vascular Arrhythmia,
- Newborn Respiratory Failure, Circulatory Failure
- Scenario Demonstration.
