How follow-up appointments are arranged and managed.

  • If you need a follow-up, staff will book it before you leave, or you’ll receive a booking link via SMS/WhatsApp/email.
  • Reminders: you will get appointment reminders with instructions (fasting, tests to do beforehand). Confirm or reschedule using the link or by phone.
  • If you cannot attend, please cancel as early as possible so the slot can be used by another patient.
